Clone options palette

This palette gathers all the options of the clone tool.

You can modify .

• The Opacity to modify the transparency of the cloned pixels.
• Select different blending modes.
• Choose between aligned and non-aligned cloning.

• Clone aligned

Select the Clone Aligned option to apply the entire sampled area once, regardless of how many times you stop and resume painting. In this case the sampled part of the image is relative to the position where you drag to clone and thus changes every time you start a new stroke.

• Clone non-aligned

The Clone non-aligned option applies the sampled area from the initial sampling point each time you stop and resume painting.  You can also use the Clone non-aligned option for duplicating twice some part of the image and placing the two halves at different locations.
